Personal Log, Stardate 40188.11

Rejik asked me to dinner this evening. I think he might be ‘interested’. I didn’t want to give him false hope, so I made it very clear that it was ‘good to spend time with friends’. He seemed dejected at first, but soon became happier again. It was good to get to know him a little better, especially as he doesn’t talk very much while we’re working. We exchanged childhood stories and funny anecdotes. He seemed particularly interested in the mystery of the relationship between the Legirq and Kloxoel.

Overall, it was a pleasant evening. Again, the food was incredible. This time it was more of a visual spectacle, though, my plate covered with various fluorescent things. I’m sure the dessert was luminous.

Kejata contacted us a few hours ago to say that she had something to show us tomorrow. She sounded a little unsure and wouldn’t say what exactly it was. I’d better get some rest.
