Personal Log Stardate 41034.59

Upon entering his quarters Joe calls for the lights and swipes through his PADD. He scrolls through his playlist and taps a button. A Little Less Conversation by Elvis Presley starts playing. He tosses the PADD on a chair and sighs.

"I gotta stop offering to take double shifts from people..." The ensign notices Thor stroll over wagging his tail. Joe kneels down and scratches the dog's chin.

"Earlier today we visited Counselor Siriinya's home world, specifically a museum to retrieve some necessary parts. These parts would be used to make the Boston appear as a Tathi medical ship on sensors." He rubs his eyes noticing the effects from the Tuva Juice have worn off. The tall ensign strolls over to his desk and sits down. Thor follows suit and lays down at Joe's feet. For a few moments there's nothing but the voice of Elvis singing in the background of the recording.

Joe lifts his feet up on the desk, leaning his head back. "Not only are these double shifts responsible for my lack of sleep...I had that damned nightmare again." He sighs and stands up as the music ends. Rise Today by Alter Bridge begins playing. The ensign folds his arms and taps his foot following the beat of the tempo.

"I thought I was done with those...but I guess being on the Aladdin at that point in time burned a very deep scar." Joe sighs and continues "As for Sevra…I must say it's a beautiful world. I enjoyed spending time at the museum and learning about their history. I look forward to seeing what else is in store...computer end log."
