Nebrians reside on the planet of Nebri V, near the Klingon border. In 2367, with the help of Ambassador Claggart, they petitioned for entry into the Federation.

Nebri V's atmosphere is made of Argon; any travel by outsiders to the planet (outside of the Federation embassy) requires the use of a rebreather.

Nebrians have 6 sense: Taste, Touch, Sight, Hearing, Smell, and a sense akin to Echolocation. Many work to achieve experiencing all six senses in unison.

Nebrian sight is better than humans, allowing them to see into the ultraviolet spectrum.

Different clans within Nebrian culture have different gestures that they will do to honor the person attached to a name, if that individual is present. If they do not make this gesture, it speaks to their current mood toward said individual. For example, Delegate U'shala would lightly bow whenever she said another's name.

Despite their best efforts to put their best foot forward, seedier elements still exist within the population in the Old Town; home to drug dens and arms dealers.
