General Overview		Her self-confidence can be lacking in a number of situations, especially if she’s put on the spot and has not had a long time to double-check her work. When she's nervous, she has a tendency to avert her gaze. She'll babble when she's nervous, and chew on her lip when she's thinking. Her temper will flare occasionally if insulted in a way that she was during childhood. Despises telepathy being used on her. Working to overcome her aversion to fighting (saw the death of one of her fathers due to aftermath of a disruptor shot at a young age).

Personal History		Tihla’s experience in her clan: The clan is a more “traditional” Andorian clan. Her clan expected her to take over running the ship at some point. There were also expectations for her to be a better Andorian by learning to fight and by finding other Andorians and starting a family together. Only, Tihla was more interested in maths and engineering. While those abilities were appreciated, she was teased relentlessly by being called a Vulcan to try and motivate her to be more Andorian-like. She was not interested in learning combat after seeing the aftermath of a crew member being shot by a disruptor pistol while at a port. This view of Tihla’s on no longer wishing to train was not appreciated by her clan members. The S.S. Ice Dancer: The ship is an older Antares class ship. This is the ship that Tihla learned how to be an engineer on from a young age. Maximum Speed is warp 7, but usually cruises at warp 6. The ship had constant issues with the replicators, but they did make a good I’danian Spice Pudding when they worked. Had to learn to be creative in maintaining some of the ship’s systems in order to keep the vessel running. Accidentally disabled the ship’s warp drive when she was 14 after she tried to implement an upgrade that would increase the top speed of the ship by 0.01%. She did not clear this upgrade with Isillo, who was furious with her. The vessel had to be towed to the nearest space dock for repairs. She is still listed as an officer of the ship on the Federation freighter database and her credentials still work for accessing the appropriate databases that Federation freighters utilize.
