Service history:

Antiquated Andorian picket ship that was "purchased" by the Kotori Pirate Gang, an undercover group of Starfleet officers from the USS Boston, in 2367. The vessel and her crew were utilized in a ruse to try and weed out an undercover Romulan effort to prevent Nebri V from joining the Federation.

The vessel, when "purchased", was severely dilapidated with a number of the power junctions utilizing kitchen utensils to handle the power flow. This did not stop Ensign C'Nesint at the helm of the vessel from doing an impressive, close quarters fly-by of the USS Boston's bridge.

The Kizkatoi has since been returned to its previous owner, Talyn zh'Daris.
