Graduate of Starfleet Academy in 2339.

Current posting: Captain of the USS Resolve.

Served as the Executive Officer of the USS Fredrickson (Excelsior) prior to receiving his first assignment of the USS Resolve.

When the Resolve encounters a potential issue, he likes to go “around the horn” to get input from his crew. The term being pulled from his enjoyment of Earth’s baseball.

Loves baseball - his favorite team is the Slime Devils.

Unjoined Trill. Had no desire to be joined.

Family: His mother and father have both passed away, but he has a sister (who has three children of her own) back on Trillius Prime. They exchange messages at least once a week to see how they’re all doing.

Notable Event: While serving as a lieutenant on the USS Lantree (just prior to attaining the rank of Lt. Commander), the ship was dispatched to stop a band of smugglers in Federation space.

During the mission to put a stop to the smugglers, he rescued a male sehlat on the smugglers’ ship. Seril took care of the sehlat while he tried to locate its home but was unable to find a previous owner of the creature. During that time, he had unexpectedly bonded with the sehlat, and after receiving permission to adopt it, he and named it Futrzany. On the USS Resolve, Futrzany has become a bit of the ship’s unofficial mascot, with all of the crew chipping in to take care of the creature.
