Born: September 14, 2338

Graduate of Starfleet Academy in 2358.

Current posting: Officer serving aboard the USS Resolve as the chief helm officer. Her callsign is "Furball" after flying the ship through an intense combat against a trio of pirate vessels.

As of 2367, Lt. Thas was the only Caitian serving aboard the USS Resolve.

Loves Caitian Starbursts--a very colorful sweet and tart drink.

Notable Event: During the border skirmishes with the Cardassians, Lt. Thas was flying back to the USS Resolve with some new ensigns she picked up from Helaspont on a long range shuttle.

The shuttle became damaged (a mine was suspected to have caused the damage) and a plasma injector failed, causing a serious plasma leak from the shuttle. With the nearest planet being just over the border into Cardassian territory, Lt. Thas set the shuttle down there for repairs.

But their flight did not go unnoticed as a Cardassian patrol ship detected their plasma trail and was sent to investigate. The Cardassians beamed down a scouting party that eventually resulted in a fire fight with the Starfleet officers. In a rush to get the shuttle fixed, lest they be captured on the wrong side of the border with the Cardassians, Lt. Thas made the the call to have two of the ensigns draw the Cardassians away so she, along with a third ensign could finish repairs to the shuttle. The ensigns succeeded in drawing the Cardassians away, allowing the repairs to be completed. However, one of the ensigns was killed by the Cardassians.

Lt. Thas had to make the unfortunate call to leave the body of the killed ensign behind.

Since that time, Lt. Thas has become incredibly protective of "her" ensigns, almost taking on a motherly approach with them to ensure that no other ensigns share the same fate as the officer she had to leave behind.
