While a Klingon world well within their territory a small Oceanic Research Outpost has been permitted with a small contingent of Federation Scientists. Beyond the life unique to the world a long sunken alien battlecruiser proved to be of keen interest to all parties involved.

Within the umbrella of House Lu'Kor's influence Dovi'Chak sports multiple local facilities owners and operates by that Klingon family.
