Thursdays are taco night in The Common, U.S.S. Boston's main social hub.

Choice of Format:

  • Taco:
  • Fresh, crunchy, hot corn tortilla with your selection of main filling and extras.
  • Burrito:
  • A 26cm fresh, soft, hot flour tortilla with your selection of main filling and extras.
  • Quesadilla:
  • A 26cm grilled flour tortilla with cheese and your selection of main filling and extras.

    Main Fillings:

  • Grilled Chicken:
  • Marinated and grilled boneless chicken.
  • Chicken Ranchero:
  • Slow-cooked chicken with onions, tomatoes, and a variety of hot peppers.
  • Steak:
  • Grilled steak, lightly seasoned.
  • Steak Roja:
  • Grilled steak in a spicy red pepper sauce.
  • Birria:
  • Slow cooked tender beef in a broth of chili peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and other seasonings.
  • Chorizo:
  • Mixture of ground pork and beef with traditional Mexican-style seasonings and chili peppers.
  • Carnitas:
  • Roast pork with traditional Mexican-style seasoning.
  • Chili Verde:
  • Braised Pork roasted with a variety of hot peppers.
  • Al Pastor:
  • Marinated pork cooked on a rotisserie with pineapple and onion.
  • Grilled Vegetables:
  • Choice of broccoli, corn, zucchini, red onions, Brussels sprouts, plomeek, and clamda.
  • Bean and Rice:
  • Choice of black, pinto, refried, or syto beans served with Mexican-style rice or vegetable rice.

    Extras:

  • Cheese:
  • Cheddar, queso fresco, queso aƱejo, Cotija.
  • Beans:
  • Black, pinto, refried, or syto (Trill).
