Coming back to active duty

Apparently it has been just under 3 weeks. I feel as tho I have lost time. Last thing I remembered was working some damage to the starboard conduit system that led into the pylons. Bright flash.... pain.... then I woke up in Sickbay with Lt. J.G. Drakkar and Ensign Zax looking down at me. Tho they are now gone from numerous dermal regeneration treatments, I have been told that I had suffered plasma burns over 73% of my body. I was apparently put into a medically induced coma during which time burns and broken bones were slowly mended over many treatment sessions. I should have died..... I have gone over the sensor recordings of the event and I should not have made it. Not that I am not happy that I did.

I have still been stuck in sickbay for observation, but I feel much better physically. I should be returning to duty very soon and am looking forward to getting out of this bed.... but will I be ready mentally?...... time will tell.
