OOC Notes:

Descended from a wealthy British family who were passengers of the 1900s passenger liner, Dr. Cecil Ashbourne IV, is the latest of a line dedicated to a study of medicine.  Even after a number of generations being displaced the Ashbournes still believe themselves to be of higher standing with breeding dating back hundreds of years back in England.  In his late 30s Cecil shows signs of excess sharing the views of his family though his skills in medicine are beginning to show their limits as the Ashbournes fail to adapt to newer techniques and information discovered in their new home.  Those interacting with Cecil frequently come away with an impression of him being pompous and a bit of an airhead if relatively serious about his profession.  Amongst colleagues in the colony his ability to address concerns depends heavily on what references remain in the library of material his family compiled.

Personality: Borderline rude in a dismissive manner, though attentive to patients and those he considers equals/betters

Goal: Maintain the Ashbourne family practice, does not believe they will ever return to "England" but still believes strongly in the value of their former home provides
