Quiaa Trawlti currently serves as a city guard keeping the Realm of Todmorden safe on Byzantia VII. At present Byzantia VII is at roughly what is regarded a medieval level of development with no official offworld contact.

Will at times join up with other city guards to curtail aggressive ralcats from attacking citizens in the region.
