Just outside Federation space not far from Cardassian space Tenerifita III has shaped itself into a resort world open to all who come both in peace and will to spend GPL. With services largely requiring GPL as payment there are a wide range of resorts and destinations planetside appealing to many seeking relaxation or excitement.

A dormant caldera has at times served as a location for survival training.
